While one person may need immediate emergency shelter, another could be ready to move directly into permanent housing with the right case management and housing navigation provided by HOT. The team starts by assessing each client to identify which housing type is most suitable based on the individual situation. The City offers a variety of housing options, administered both by the City or partnering agencies.  For questions on the availability or eligibility to one of the programs below, please contact the homelessness@chulavistaca.gov.
