The City worked with SnapADU to provide 12 pre-approved ADU options, six different sized ADU's with flipped floor plans as an additional option. Depending on the size that you choose, ADU's ranging from one-to-three-bedrooms are available, as well as further customizations such as larger bedrooms or different kitchen layouts. Hold Harmless Agreement and Affidavit
