Terms and Conditions

This agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions attached to City of Chula Vista FREE Recycling Container Program. The City of Chula Vista reserves the right to terminate this agreement and collect the recycling containers should they not be used for the designated purpose of collecting recyclable material for waste diversion. Examples of improper use include and are not limited to: using containers to store materials, supplies or equipment and/or abandonment or non-use, sale, trade and/or repeated damage or destruction.  Mutually agreed site visits will be conducted to monitor progress and ensure program compliance. Any concerns about the containers may be sent to environmentalservices@chulavistaca.gov.
