Chula Vista Parks & Rec offers Therapeutic Recreation programming for adults 18+ individuals with developmental and/or physical disabilities and for children ages 17 and under. Our classes are specifically designed for individuals with special needs and are intended to promote an active and healthy lifestyle, improve physical abilities, build self-confidence, strengthen interpersonal skills and foster friendships. We offer a wide range of classes and special events which include sports, fitness & exercise, learn to swim, dance and educational classes.  All classes and special events for adults are fully funded and supported by a Community Development Block Grant.
